• If you’re already a karlsruhe Baden Bank customer and would like to order a personalised card, your existing card will continue to work as normal (for a maximum of 3 months) until you activate your new personalised card.
• Personalised cards are only available on Visa Debit Cards.
• A charge of CHF10 will apply per card.
• Government stamp duty applies.

Image guidelines

You must get consent from the owner of all images (including those downloaded from the internet) before you submit them.

Your image cannot contain any of the following:

• Trademarks, logos, slogans, company names, copyrighted material or brands of any third party
• Advertising, promotional material or branded products
• Celebrities, actors, musicians, sportspeople or cartoons
• Phone numbers, addresses, URL addresses, account or PIN numbers
• Provocative, sexual, violent or other offensive content
• Nudity, semi nudity or images of children in a state of undress
• Profanity or obscenities
• Firearms or weaponry
• Illegal or anti-social behaviour including over indulgence or under age consumption of alcohol or tobacco
• Cultural insensitivity
• Political or religious beliefs
• Libellous, defamatory or other content we deem offensive including socially unacceptable groups
• Material that could infringe on the copyright or trademark rights of another party, including branded products, abbreviations, acronyms, logos or related symbols
• Illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Racial, prejudicial or discriminatory subject matter

Image uploading guidelines

• Picture files can be in either JPEG (*.jpg, .jpeg) or Bitmap (*.bmp) formats
• The maximum file size is 3 megabytes (Mb)
• Minimum photo size is 640 x 480 pixels
