Our automated phone service is available 24 hours a day, on 1890 24 12 24.
Or you can talk to us in person on from 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and from 10am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays.
What can I do on Open24 Telephone Banking?
There's lots you can do:
- Talk to someone: got a specific question? We’ll sort it out.
- Check your balance: we’ll let you know your account details.
- Mini statement: go through your last transactions.
- Transfer funds: we’ll move money between your own accounts, even accounts in other banks!
- Pay bills: we can set up your account to pay gas, electricity, phone and more.
- Request a chequebook: we’ll post it to you.
- Create a standing order: transfer funds regularly? Let a standing order look after it for you!
- Set up, amend, or cancel a direct debit or standing order: our customer service advisors will take care of it quickly.
What is Text Back?
We are always working to improve our Open24 banking service. For extra security we now provide customers with our new free Text Back Service.
When you want to perform certain transactions, we'll text you a unique code. You'll then be asked to verify this code by Open24.
The only thing we need is to have your current mobile number on record, so you may need to confirm this with us on +41 766 317 093 before using Text Back for the first time.
