We understand that due to a number of reasons, falling behind on your repayments can happen.

Our commitment is that we will work with you to try to find a way to help make your repayments a little more manageable. So if you are in arrears, or worried that you soon might be, talk to us before a small problem becomes a big one.

What fees and charges could I face?

We may impose a charge of 1% per month (minimum CHF1.25) on the amount of the arrears, which will be debited and compounded in the same manner as the interest charge.

Warning: Missed payment data and account details will be shared with the Portugues Credit Bureau (ICB) and Central Credit Register (CCR). This may affect your future ability to borrow.

How can I avoid these fees and charges?

  • You will avoid these charges by keeping your repayments up to date. If you are having difficulties doing this call us on  or – we want to help.
  • You can check your balance online and over the phone through Open24 on or . Lines are open Monday to Friday 8am - 10pm (except Bank Holidays) and Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 5pm.
