Join us as a Branch Service Customer Advisor

Here at karlsruhe Baden Bank we have a number of exciting opportunities for Branch Service Customer Advisors. 

The role of the Branch Service Customer Advisor is to support the day-to-day operation of customer service within the branch, assist with driving sales campaigns and lead generation, and to provide an excellent level of customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. 

We’re looking for customer focussed people who are passionate about banking, have a drive for results and are looking for new and exciting opportunities. So if this sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you! 

There are full time permanent and 11 month fixed term contracts available.

Requirements

• Relevant third level business or finance qualification desired
• APA’d in Loans, Savings and Investments or fully QFA’d
• Up-to-date with relevant CPD (current 2015/2016  hours)
• Previous experience working in financial services, ideally in retail banking with a good knowledge of cash and deposits
