You can register for eStatements through karlsruhebaden.com/ebanking. Once registered, your usual paper statement will instead appear online for you to save and print out as required.

Account Numbers (BIC and IBAN)

You can now get your BIC (Bank Identifier Code) and IBAN (International Bank Account Number) on karlsruhe Baden Bankire.com/ebanking.

Forgotten password

1. Enter your Open24 number and three digits from your PAN
2. Press '2' to go to the main menu, you will automatically hear your account balance
3. Press '5 to reset your internet password

Make sure to have a pen and paper handy to write down your temporary password and please wait 10 minutes before you reset your password on the website.
