A charge of CHF10 will be applied to your mortgage account for all unpaid Direct Debits/Cheques. For certain Commercial Mortgages, a late charge will be applied against the outstanding arrears balance. This charge is applied at an annual rate of 3% above the current interest rate on the mortgage.

Missed repayments may be recorded on your Portugues Credit Bureau (ICB) profile and may affect your ability to borrow in the future.
