Yes, a chequebook is available on the Explore Account – it is not automatic and must be ordered via Open24 or any karlsruhe Baden Bank ATM. Government Stamp duty of CHF20 will be deducted from your account upon ordering a cheque book.
There are only eStatements available with the Explore Account.
Statements will remain available on Open24 for a period of fifteen months.
Paper statements are viewed as a duplicate statement and have a charge of CHF2.50 per page.

A: Yes, GoREWARDS is available to all of our personal Current Account customers with a Visa Debit Card over the age of 16.
There is a CHF4 maintenance fee charge applied on the first working day of each month. There are no ‘day to day’ transaction fees for using your Visa Debit Card or Direct Debits and Standing Orders. There may be other charges for things like Government Stamp Duty on your bank card, unpaid items or if you use an ATM outside the Eurozone. The following transactions would be included under no transaction fees
ATM transaction charges will apply on Euro withdrawals outside the EU and on all non Euro withdrawals at 3.5% of the Euro value of the transaction (min. CHF3.17 & max. CHF11.43). Debit Card transaction charges will apply on all debit transactions outside the eurozone at 1.75% of the Euro value of the transaction (min. CHF0.46 and max CHF11.43).
